Hot Yoga

Open to any level of practice, our Beginner's Hot Yoga class is all about syncing our movements with our breath and linking each pose to create a seamless sequence.

We teach the Bikram method series of twenty-six Hatha Yoga postures and two Pranayama breathing techniques designed to provide a challenging, invigorating, rejuvenating, dynamic and effective yoga experience. During class, you will work every muscle, tendon, ligament, joint and internal organ in the body, giving you an incredible sense of well-being. This series is perfect to condition your body, improve strength, muscle tone, core stability and calm the mind.

We offer classes for every level, and each individual will get all the attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please book on our Mind Body Online app. Beginners booking in must show up 10-15 minutes early to register.
