The Class

CLASS TYPES:

We teach the Bikram method series of twenty-six Hatha Yoga postures and two Pranayama breathing techniques designed to provide a challenging, invigorating, rejuvenating, dynamic and effective yoga experience. During class, you will work every muscle, tendon, ligament, joint and internal organ in the body, giving you an incredible sense of well-being. This series is perfect to condition your body, improve strength, muscle tone, core stability and calm the mind.

The class will begin with a Pranayama breathing exercises that helps you to find your concentration and set your mind and body up for the rest of the class, then flowing through a challenging standing postures for 60% of the class before going into a deep Savasana. The floor series will then begin where we develop a beneficial understanding and awareness flowing into a purposeful, deeper meditation. We take the time to find variations and modifications that suit our own individual needs. 

HOT YOGA 60 MINS

  • 60 Minute session

  • Bikram Yoga sequence – 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in a hot room.

  • Suitable for: all levels from beginners to advanced
